1.) I see that you are using paypal to process your orders; do I need a paypal account?
-No, you can just pay with a regular credit card like on any other website, just follow the "If you do not currently have a PayPal account" link to complete your purchase. Also, if you are in Greece or the Uk and do not use or have a credit/debit card you can deposit the money into our bank accounts, once the payment has been received we will get the items to you in a timely fashion!

2.) What is the deal, how can one person manage to make all these products? How does that work?
-Lana defiantly has busy hands, but starting in 2008 there is a new concept behind LANA products. Basically every few months a new country will be traveled and explored, during those months away Lana will work will local people in whatever part of the world she might be in order to maintain fair trade work for the locals and keep her products handmade at the same time.  Check out featured country link for more information about this!

3.) I love the products I see, but I was hoping to order a color that I do not see listed. Is it possible to custom order things?
Yes, of course, anything is possible with LANA products. All products can be custom made just how you like. The bags, shrugs, belts and tee shirts you see are just a suggestion of different styles we have, but we are always open for new suggestions, combinations and ideas!

4.) What is your return/exchange policy?
- We want our customers to be totally satisfied. If at any time there is a problem with your item please contact us so we can see what we can do in order to fix your problem. Your item has a lifetime guarantee this means that at any time during the life of your product it needs repairs we are more then happy to do them for you, all you need to do is pay for the postage and put it in the mail and we will get it fixed and back to you as soon as we can!
